SATISFACTION

Our customer service goal is to surpass your expectations. If for whatever reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your experience at Marks of Design, LLC, please inform us.

PURCHASE & RETURNS

1. There is a $20.00 minimum on charge card purchases.
2. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
3. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase date for in-store credit or exchange only.

REPAIRS

1. All repairs left for more than 30 days, with no attempt of payment, will become property of Marks of Design, LLC.
2. Workmanship is guaranteed for up to one year.

SPECIAL ORDERS

1. A 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required for all special orders.
2. All special order sales are final. No exchanges or credits.
3. All special orders left for more than 30 days, with no attempt of payment will become property of Marks of Design, LLC.

LAYAWAY

1. A 1/3 non-refundable deposit is required for all layaways.
2. Payments must be made on a monthly basis.
3. A 20% fee will be charged each month in which no payment is made.
4. Three skipped payments, and the layaway item and all previous payments become property of Marks of Design, LLC.
