Women Supporting Women

Kate's experience in the jewelry industry has been both challenging and rewarding, highlighting the resilience of women in traditionally male-dominated fields.

Beyond her personal achievements, Kate is committed to giving back to my community.

This led her to create the Kate Marks Brilliant Female Fund, a platform to support incredible women navigating similar paths. The fund focuses on empowering brilliant females, providing assistance for launching businesses, offering scholarships, extending financial aid, and aiding those facing challenges, such as the recent pandemic.

Kate believes in supporting women of all ages, and this fund serves as a beacon of empowerment for those striving to make a mark in their fields.

Flags for Heroes 

Marks of Design is proud to sponsor Rotaty Club and Flags for Heroes. The event is meant to honor Heroes from all walks of life and involves placing commemorative flags with the names of the Heroes in Veterans Memorial Park in Shelton. Owner Kate Marks has six flags up flying for family and friends this year. This is an amazing event that we are happy to support every year!
